Corporate Counsel, International

The candidate will advise and support the company’s international sales and marketing efforts, including partnering with Compliance on the due diligence process for international distributors, regulatory and sales agents, and other commercial partners; drafting relevant agreements, amendments and letters; and, monitoring ongoing international expansion for potential legal risks. Will advise and assist with the implementation of international pricing strategies with senior management. Work closely with outside counsel and Human Resources department to advise on international employment contracting and employment questions. Review and advise on marketing literature, social media programs, and interactions with healthcare professionals for the APAC and LatAm regions. Improve and further develop a third-party compliance program in close coordination with Compliance to include an audit process for international third parties. Collaborate with other Legal team members and the Finance department on international subsidiary formation and maintenance matters. Work closely with local counsel on disputes with distributors and regulatory agents as they arise.
