A leading Texas-based law firm is hiring a full-time Case Development Intake Attorney to join its team. This role focuses on managing the early stages of personal injury claims by investigating facts, securing evidence, initiating client communication, and preparing files for litigation. The attorney will work closely with a case manager and maintain a docket of approximately 50 cases. This position is ideal for entry-level attorneys passionate about client service and case strategy.

Manage intake and development of approximately 50 personal injury cases
Conduct investigations including securing accident reports, photographing scenes, and gathering witness statements
Communicate with clients, adjusters, and medical providers
Draft and send letters of representation, open records requests, and demand letters
Obtain and review driving records and perform background/social media checks
Handle property damage claims and assist in damage development
Maintain regular contact with clients, including monthly status updates and same-day call returns
Supervise assigned case manager and ensure legal/ethical compliance
Attend occasional after-hours or off-site client sign-ups (in person or remotely)
Assist in preparing files for transfer to litigation and negotiating settlements when appropriate
0–3 years of personal injury experience preferred
Strong time management and multitasking capabilities
Client-focused with ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Previous supervisory experience a plus
Available for after-hours sign-ups and on-call coverage
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Texas and in good standing
Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
Legal research and analysis
Excellent writing and drafting abilities
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
Strong emotional intelligence and client empathy
Sales orientation and ability to convey firm value to prospective clients
Ability to supervise, mentor, and motivate support staff
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong initiative and follow-through
