A leading personal injury law firm is seeking a Case Development Intake Attorney to join its Corpus Christi team. This position is responsible for managing a docket of approximately 50 pre-litigation cases and guiding clients through the early stages of case development. The attorney will investigate facts, preserve evidence, initiate client communication, and support the transition of cases to the litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly licensed or early-career attorney seeking growth in the personal injury field.

Manage a caseload of approximately 50 personal injury pre-litigation matters
Investigate claims, gather accident reports, scene photos, witness statements, and client background details
Prepare and send letters of representation and open records requests
Assist clients in obtaining and documenting medical treatment and damages
Handle property damage claims and communicate with insurance adjusters
Prepare expense authorizations and monthly client status reports
Submit case evaluations for internal review and support settlement efforts as appropriate
Participate in client intake process and follow up on potential new client (PNC) leads
Conduct after-hours and off-site client signups, including electronic signings via DocuSign
Maintain consistent client communication, including one update letter per client per month
Respond to all client calls by end of business day
0–3 years of experience in personal injury law preferred
Willingness to work rotational and after-hours shifts for intake coverage
Valid Texas driver’s license and a clean driving record
Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred
Supervisory experience over non-attorneys is beneficial
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school
Active and in-good-standing license to practice law in Texas
Strong initiative and client service mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities
High emotional intelligence and professionalism
Legal research and investigative skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to motivate and delegate to support staff
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
