A reputable Texas-based personal injury law firm is seeking a Case Development Intake Attorney to join its Corpus Christi office. This attorney will manage a docket of approximately 50 pre-litigation cases alongside a dedicated case manager. The role focuses on early-stage case development, from client intake and investigation to preparing cases for transfer to the litigation team. Ideal for recent graduates or junior attorneys passionate about client service and detail-driven legal work.

Manage a docket of ~50 personal injury cases in pre-litigation phase
Investigate case facts, preserve evidence, and document accident scenes
Secure accident reports, driving records, witness statements, and property damage photos
Conduct social media, criminal, and background investigations
Assist clients in developing and documenting medical damages
Handle property damage claims and insurance communication
Prepare and submit letters of representation and open record requests
Manage client contact and provide regular status updates
Draft demand letters and assist with early resolution when applicable
Perform client sign-ups in office, remotely, or on-site when needed
Supervise assigned case manager and ensure compliance with internal metrics
Respond to after-hours and weekend calls on a rotational basis
0–3 years of experience, preferably in personal injury or plaintiff-side practice
Strong follow-through and ability to manage a large caseload
Willingness to handle occasional out-of-office and on-call duties
Prior supervisory experience is a plus
Customer service or sales background preferred
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the State of Texas and in good standing
Valid Texas driver’s license with clean driving record
Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing skills
Client-focused communication with high emotional intelligence
Effective time management and multitasking abilities
Leadership and team motivation capabilities
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required
Proficiency with electronic documentation and remote communication tools
Relocation Bonus: $10,000 for eligible candidates relocating to Corpus Christi
