Location:

Duties:

• Manage all litigated cases from filing to trial or settlement.
• Supervise a team of paralegals, discovery clerks, and litigation secretaries.
• Draft and review legal documents, including motions, briefs, and discovery responses.
• Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues.
• Represent clients during depositions, court hearings, and trials.
• Meet and collaborate with clients to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively.
• Provide guidance to support staff on litigation processes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of personal injury law experience.
• Licensed to practice law in California (state and federal courts).
• Knowledge of trial procedures and case management.
• Familiarity with law and motion practice.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• California Bar License.
