We are seeking a motivated and skilled Litigation Attorney to join our growing firm. The ideal candidate will be experienced in all phases of civil litigation, especially in personal injury matters. You will take ownership of cases, work directly with clients, prepare for and attend trials, and contribute to a collaborative and client-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation matters from filing to resolution.

• Conduct discovery, take and defend depositions, prepare pleadings and motions.

• Attend hearings, mediations, and trials.

• Develop case strategies and legal arguments tailored to each client’s case.

• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.

• Work closely with the principal attorney and staff to ensure top-tier representation.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active member in good standing with the California Bar.

• 3+ years of litigation experience preferred (personal injury strongly desired).

• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

• Courtroom experience and comfort with trial preparation.

• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain professionalism.

• A commitment to client service and ethical legal practice.
