A distinguished law firm in the Greater Los Angeles area is seeking a highly motivated Associate Immigration Attorney with a focus on consular processing and waiver cases. Location:

• Los Angeles, CA

Duties:

• Manage a caseload of consular processing and waiver applications, including I-130, I-601A, I-212, I-601, and K-Visa cases

• Prepare clients for consular interviews

• Represent clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)

• Review and revise immigration application packets prepared by support staff

• Oversee and guide a team of paralegals to ensure productivity and quality standards

• Conduct legal analysis to identify case benefits and immigration relief

• Draft and submit legal briefs and supporting documentation for a variety of immigration matters

Requirements:

• 1 to 4 years of experience in immigration law

• Proven track record of managing caseloads efficiently and independently

• Strong understanding of consular processing and waiver procedures

• Commitment to client service and legal excellence

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction

Skills:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required

• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Proficiency with immigration case management software preferred

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
