Duties

• Conduct written discovery and manage depositions.
• Draft pleadings and substantive motions.
• Attend mediations and court appearances.
• Assist at trials and arbitrations, including FINRA arbitrations.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in a business litigation practice group.
• Strong academic record with excellent research and writing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
