Duties

• Conduct written discovery and depositions.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of litigation experience in a business litigation practice group.
• Strong academic record with excellent research and writing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
