Duties:

• Negotiate, draft, and review documentation related to M&A transactions

• Manage the deal process from inception through closing

• Conduct legal due diligence and risk analysis for clients

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on transactional strategy

• Advise clients on corporate governance, commercial contracts, and general business matters

• Mentor junior associates and contribute to team development

Requirements:

• 4-8 years of direct experience in transactional corporate law

• Demonstrated expertise in private equity and strategic M&A

• Ability to independently manage client matters with minimal supervision

• Proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Bar in Ohio or eligibility to waive in
