Duties:

• Assist senior attorneys with active case files and litigation strategy

• Manage a portfolio of litigation cases and ensure deadlines are consistently met

• Conduct in-depth legal research and draft persuasive motions and memoranda

• Represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and other proceedings

• Participate in trial preparation, including compiling evidence and witness preparation

• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, and status reports

• Cultivate and maintain client relationships through clear communication and responsiveness

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in the State of Georgia

• 1-3 years of relevant litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense or civil litigation

• Proficiency in managing multiple cases simultaneously and effectively in a high-volume environment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a legal team

• Experience with legal research tools and document management systems

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Bar admission in Georgia (required)

• Additional Bar admission in Tennessee, Alabama, South Carolina, or Florida is considered a plus
