Duties:

• Represent lenders such as investment banks, commercial banks, and business development companies in sophisticated financing deals.

• Advise private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers on various financial transactions.

• Structure and negotiate loan agreements, credit facilities, and security arrangements.

• Oversee financing aspects of mergers and acquisitions, buyouts, and restructurings.

• Conduct due diligence, draft legal documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to close transactions efficiently.

Requirements:

• Significant experience in finance law, specifically representing lenders or sponsors in complex transactions.

• Strong background in structuring and negotiating financial deals.

• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
