Debt Finance (Energy & Infrastructure) Associate
The candidate' must have two (2) to six (6) years of debt finance experience, with a focus on energy and infrastructure at a leading national or international law firm. Should have experience in drafting and negotiating financing documents for domestic and/or international debt finance deals (including credit agreements, depository agreements, note purchase agreements, security documents, etc.), as well as experience in reviewing and drafting commercial (aka “project”) documents. Candidates with acquisition finance background (preferably in energy and infrastructure space) are also encouraged to apply.
