A law firm seeks a junior or mid-level Corporate Associate for its International Venture Capital and Corporate Practice in Salt Lake City. The associate will engage with clients from diverse industries both domestically and globally, contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Participate in domestic and international venture financings.
• Engage in private company mergers and acquisitions.
• Draft and review acquisition agreements and M&A documentation.
• Lead due diligence teams and manage transactions from inception to closing.
• Collaborate across practice areas and mentor junior associates.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in venture financings and M&A.
• Proficiency in venture capital forms and financings.
• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and maturity.
• Ability to manage a challenging workload effectively.

• Strong academic credentials required.
