Duties:

• Represent clients in complex insurance and reinsurance litigation matters
• Provide expert advice on coverage issues related to professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers' insurance policies
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
• Assist in managing cases from inception to resolution, working closely with senior attorneys
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop strategies and solutions
• Maintain exceptional client relationships and provide strategic counsel on legal matters

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation
• Demonstrated expertise in handling insurance and reinsurance disputes
• Proven ability to analyze complex legal issues and draft clear, persuasive documents
• Strong research skills with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Illinois
