Job Overview:

A prominent law firm based in Dallas, TX, is seeking a motivated Immigration Associate Attorney to join its expanding legal practice. This opportunity offers substantial room for growth and hands-on involvement with a wide range of family-based immigration matters. The selected candidate will handle a high-volume caseload, collaborate with a supportive legal team, and engage directly with clients throughout the immigration process.

Duties:

• Manage and oversee a variety of immigration matters, including:

  • I-130, I-601A, I-601, I-212, K-Visa, and consular processing

• Prepare clients for interviews at U.S. consulates

• Represent clients in proceedings before USCIS

• Review application packets and supporting documentation

• Supervise and coordinate with a team of paralegals to ensure the timely completion of cases

• Analyze case facts to identify legal options and immigration benefits

• Draft and submit legal briefs and responses related to immigration matters

Requirements:

• 1 to 4 years of dedicated experience in immigration law

• Demonstrated ability to handle a diverse caseload efficiently

• Comfortable leading and mentoring legal support staff

• Strong understanding of waiver and consular processing procedures

• Familiarity with immigration-focused case management platforms (preferred)

• Fluency in Spanish is a plus, though not required

• Licensed and in good standing with a State Bar

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction

Skills:
