A law firm in Bloomfield Hills is seeking a seasoned and accomplished Partner-level Litigator to lead and manage complex commercial litigation and strategic disputes. The ideal candidate should bring significant relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a portable business to contribute to the firm's success.

Duties:

• Lead and manage complex commercial litigation cases and related strategic disputes.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients and guide them through legal proceedings.
• Oversee all aspects of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motions, and trials.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a litigator with a focus on complex commercial litigation.
• Demonstrated success in managing high-stakes legal matters and achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client communication and courtroom presentation.
• Portable business, demonstrating a strong client following and the ability to generate revenue.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar or eligibility for reciprocity.
