Duties

• Analyze complex legal and factual issues to develop effective litigation strategies.
• Manage discovery efforts, including drafting responses and preparing expert witnesses.
• Draft motions, briefs, and other court filings.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to deliver outstanding client service.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation; PIP experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
• Experience with depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and results-oriented mindset.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Michigan.

Skills
