Job Overview:
A law firm is seeking a highly motivated attorney with experience in class action litigation. This position will primarily focus on handling plaintiff-side class action matters.

Location:

• New York City, NY 

Duties:

• Manage plaintiff-side class action cases.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in class action litigation.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active bar admission in relevant jurisdiction(s).

Skills:

• Proficient in legal writing, research, and analysis.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
