Duties

• Represent clients in litigation involving personal injuries, property damage, and contract disputes.
• Provide strategic legal counsel in employment and labor, insurance coverage, and environmental law.
• Manage and develop a portfolio of business clients.
• Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Missouri and/or Kansas.
• At least eight years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience in one or more of the following practice areas: Employment & Labor, Insurance Coverage, Toxic Tort and Environmental Law, Business & Commercial Litigation, Product Liability, Management and Professional Liability, and General Liability.
• Possess a portable book of business.
• Strong written advocacy and strategic thinking skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Missouri and/or Kansas.

Skills

• Expertise in employment and labor law, insurance coverage, and business litigation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
