Duties:

• Draft and negotiate documentation under ISDA Master Agreements, including Schedules, Credit Support Annexes, and Confirmations

• Interpret and advise on over-the-counter derivatives and applicable regulatory protocols (e.g., Dodd-Frank, ISDA regulatory frameworks)

• Collaborate with cross-practice teams on structured finance transactions

• Support the structuring and execution of a variety of financial instruments and derivative products

• Conduct legal research on relevant market and regulatory developments

• Contribute to transaction management and client communication

• Ensure timely and quality delivery of client-facing work product

• Participate in internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and training

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of post-JD experience focused on structured finance and derivatives

• Prior experience at a nationally recognized law firm is strongly preferred

• Demonstrated expertise in transactional work involving ISDA documentation

• Familiarity with relevant U.S. financial regulatory frameworks (e.g., Dodd-Frank Act)

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the state of New Jersey

Skills:

• Excellent legal drafting and analytical skills

• Strong business judgment and commercial awareness
