Duties:

• Represent clients in a wide range of corporate and civil litigation matters

• Provide strategic legal counsel and risk mitigation advice

• Handle all aspects of litigation including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation

• Serve as a key advisor on legal compliance and corporate transactional issues

• Collaborate across practice areas to support business operations and growth

• Build and manage a personal portfolio of cases and client relationships

• Assist in business development efforts and promote firm visibility

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate transactional law and civil litigation

• Proven ability to manage and litigate complex legal matters independently

• Demonstrated business acumen and entrepreneurial approach to legal practice

• Strong client management skills and a results-oriented mindset

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Ohio (preferred) or ability to obtain licensure promptly

Skills:
