Duties

• Collaborate with team members to manage competing priorities effectively.

Requirements

• One to three years of civil litigation experience.
• One to two years of experience in Creditors' Rights or Collection fields preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Subrogation or insurance experience is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.)

Certifications

• OH license required.
