Our private equity and venture practice is growing fast. We are looking to grow the team with the addition of a solicitor (or equivalent) to join our well respected practice which regularly acts for investors, management teams and companies raising equity investment across a broad range of sectors.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to build your career in a friendly and collaborative team which rewards initiative and supports personal development. As with all our lawyers, you’ll be encouraged to get involved in business development and you’ll experience plenty of client contact. You’ll receive good supervision and training and have the opportunity for responsibility and advancement based on individual merit.

We are considering applications from qualified solicitors (or equivalent) with private equity and venture capital experience, with at least two years post-qualification experience.
