Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct client intake meetings with empathy and professionalism, ensuring all pertinent facts regarding liability, damages, and coverage are documented.
• Lead investigations to gather critical evidence and build strong cases for trial.
• Assess insurance coverage and ensure thorough documentation of case details.
• Prepare cases for trial, including drafting pleadings and discovery documents.
• Strategically negotiate with adjusters, advocating for the best possible settlement while maintaining professional relationships.
• File lawsuits when necessary and guide clients through the litigation process, from mediation to arbitration.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient case progress and timely resolution.
• Maintain a focus on achieving Full Settlement Value for cases and exceeding client expectations.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Colorado.
• Proven track record of successfully managing personal injury cases and achieving favorable outcomes.
• Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Commitment to providing compassionate and client-focused legal services.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Colorado.

Skills

• Strong litigation skills, including trial preparation and courtroom experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
