The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling personal injury claims and a strong track record in litigation. Duties:

• Manage all aspects of personal injury litigation, from case initiation through resolution.

• Draft and file legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and briefs.

• Conduct and defend depositions.

• Represent clients in court hearings, settlement negotiations, and alternative dispute resolution forums.

• Evaluate medical records and work with medical professionals to assess causation.

• Prepare cases for trial and effectively represent clients in court proceedings.

• Conduct legal research to support case strategy.

• Maintain compliance with Nevada discovery rules and court procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience handling personal injury litigation cases in Nevada.

• Proven ability to handle cases independently and effectively advocate for clients.

• Strong knowledge of federal and Nevada Supreme Court procedures.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admitted to practice law in the state of Nevada.

Skills:

• Proficiency in legal research and writing.

• Strong written communication skills, including drafting legal memoranda, motions, and correspondence.

• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to achieve favorable settlements.

• In-depth understanding of medical terminology and anatomy for case evaluation.
