Duties

• Record and update case file statuses in the case management system.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to legal assistants and paralegals.
• Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, and insurance adjusters.
• Investigate potential claims and provide legal advice to clients.
• Negotiate settlements and arrange agreements on behalf of clients.
• Gather evidence and conduct legal research on relevant case law.
• Manage personal injury case files from start to finish.

Requirements

• Superior research, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Membership in the State Bar Association and a state law license.
• Knowledge of personal injury law, medical terminology, and civil law.
• Florida licensed attorney in good standing with no disciplinary history.
• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Self-starter with long-term career goals.
• Superior oral and written advocacy skills.
