Duties:

• Represent clients in bankruptcy proceedings and restructuring matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Assist with negotiations, settlements, and mediation sessions.
• Manage and prioritize multiple cases effectively.
• Collaborate with partners and senior associates on complex litigation matters.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of Texas in good standing.
• 2-6 years of relevant legal experience in bankruptcy law and Chapter 11 proceedings.
• Strong academic credentials and a record of high achievement.
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle significant client responsibilities.

Preferred Education, Certifications, and Skills:

• Experience in commercial litigation or financial restructuring is a plus.
• Familiarity with bankruptcy software and electronic discovery tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
