Duties:

• Handle a variety of real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and developments of commercial real estate.
• Assist with joint venture transactions (experience preferred but not required).
• Prepare and negotiate complex legal documents.
• Provide strategic legal counsel on real estate development and investment matters.
• Work collaboratively with senior attorneys and interact with clients on key projects.
• Engage in business development activities and contribute to the growth of the practice.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in real estate law, particularly in transactions involving commercial real estate.
• Familiarity with the pace and expectations of working in a sophisticated law firm environment.
• Experience with joint venture transactions preferred, but not mandatory.
• Strong legal writing and drafting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.

Skills:
