Location

Duties

• Assist in litigating first-party property insurance claims

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, discovery requests, and other litigation documents

• Participate in depositions, mediations, hearings, and negotiations

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and litigation teams on complex cases

• Engage in client communication and provide updates regarding case status

• Receive ongoing mentorship and feedback to grow litigation and trial skills

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in first-party property litigation

• Prior experience working with insurance defense matters preferred

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-focused environment

• Strong and consistent work history is preferred

• Eagerness to grow and develop legal skills under direct mentorship

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the State of Florida

• Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills

• Effective communication and client service capabilities

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Ability to work collaboratively and learn from senior attorneys
