- Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance defense or a related field.
- Litigation experience, including depositions and motion practice.
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent work ethic.
Education
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

- Admission to the Delaware bar.
