Duties

• Handle a variety of M&A transactions, including private equity and private target transactions.

• Contribute to the growth and development of the M&A practice group.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in M&A transactions.
• Experience at an AmLaw 100 firm is required.
• Excellent academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois.
