Duties

• Represent creditors' committees, indenture trustees, landlords, and trade creditors in bankruptcy cases.
• Handle substantive court appearances and legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with team members across different office locations.

Requirements

• 2nd to 8th year associate with prior bankruptcy experience in a law firm.
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent client-relations skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Bar admission in the attorney's resident and/or affiliated office.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
