Duties

• Advise clients on complex health care regulatory issues, including fraud and abuse, Stark Law, HIPAA, licensure, and reimbursement matters.
• Participate in mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures involving health care entities.
• Collaborate with team members on a broad range of regulatory matters and business transactions.
• Interact with government regulators as needed.

Requirements

• 2-6 years of health care experience.
• Experience in advising on health care regulatory issues.
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions involving health care entities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• J.D. degree or equivalent with strong academic credentials.
• Admitted in, or taking steps to become admitted in, the applicable jurisdiction.

Education

• J.D. degree or equivalent.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the applicable jurisdiction.
