Duties

• Provide legal and administrative support to senior attorneys.

• Review medical and employment records and prepare periodic reports.
• Perform legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda.
• Attend depositions, mediations, and hearings.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of Workers' Compensation or civil litigation experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail is essential.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission required or pending.
