Duties

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues related to ongoing cases.

• Assist in case preparation, including gathering evidence, interviewing clients and witnesses, taking depositions, and attending court proceedings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide legal advice.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience practicing law, preferably in civil and/or commercial litigation.
• Licensed to practice law in Michigan.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
• Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, ethics, and client service.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Michigan.
