The candidate should have 0-2 years of real estate experience or equivalent coursework to represent the firm’s clients in general real estate matters, including real estate transactions, leasing, zoning, land use, real estate based lending, and commercial and residential development matters. Exposure to development plans, title review and document drafting a plus. Prior real estate work experience (including internships) and/or relevant real estate course work in law school required. Virginia Bar admission required.
