Duties

• Assist in handling sophisticated commercial real estate finance transactions.
• Collaborate with a team to provide legal support to lenders and loan servicers.

Requirements

• 1 to 4 years of legal experience in a relevant field.
• Licensed and in good standing in Washington, DC or New York, or eligible to waive into either jurisdiction.
• New law school graduates with a demonstrated interest in the field are encouraged to apply.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Washington, DC or New York.
