Duties:

• Deliver skilled representation in administrative and legal proceedings related to workers' compensation claims

• Perform detailed legal analysis and draft strategy tailored to complex fact patterns and evolving case law

• Participate in hearings, settlement negotiations, and client conferences with a solution-oriented mindset

• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to compile case documentation and build evidentiary support

• Maintain consistent, clear communication with clients to manage expectations and support positive case outcomes

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of direct experience in handling workers' compensation matters

• Active license and good standing with the State Bar of California

• Demonstrated proficiency in written and oral advocacy

• Sharp critical thinking abilities and a commitment to accuracy

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admittance to the California State Bar

Skills:
