A law firm seeks an accomplished Partner Attorney to join its insurance defense litigation practice in Los Angeles, CA. This role is ideal for a seasoned litigator with a proven track record in managing complex cases, fostering strong client relationships, and contributing to the firm's growth and leadership.

Duties

• Lead and manage complex insurance defense matters, including general liability and toxic tort.
• Develop case strategies, analyze risks, and provide proactive, solutions-oriented guidance.
• Conduct all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, and trial.
• Serve as a primary contact for key clients, maintaining and deepening relationships.
• Contribute to the firm's business strategy and participate in leadership committees.
• Mentor and develop associates to support high-quality legal work.
• Manage matter budgets, profitability, staffing, and client reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum of ten years' litigation experience.
• Admitted to practice in California.
• Portable book of business or established client relationships is a plus.
• First-chair or significant trial experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and case-management skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
