A law firm seeks an experienced lateral attorney to join its Tax Credit Finance practice in Los Angeles, CA. This role offers the opportunity to engage in diverse transactional matters, including tax, energy, debt, and equity financing, as well as real estate. The successful candidate will work closely with seasoned partners in a growing practice that handles deals nationwide involving partnerships, corporations, tax credits, real estate, and secured lending.

Duties

Requirements

• Active bar license in good standing in the locality of the office location.
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in tax credits, partnerships, corporations, real estate, or secured lending and equity finance.
• Preference for candidates with a portable book of business.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law with an active bar license.
