Duties

• Negotiate complex standalone commercial transactions.
• Work closely with founders developing cutting-edge technologies.

Requirements

• Two to four years of relevant experience in a law firm setting.
• Substantial experience with life sciences and health technology transactions.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent contract drafting capabilities.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Barred in the state of the office location or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• State Bar admission or eligibility.
