Duties

• Follow a clear growth track toward becoming a case-handling attorney.
• Represent clients virtually and in-person in depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Collaborate with case handling attorneys to develop deposition and trial strategies.
• Review and analyze medical and employment records.
• Conduct effective discovery to gather critical evidence for litigation.
• Analyze medical records using AMA Guides to Permanent Disability (5th Edition).
• Assist with rating permanent disability and drafting settlement demands.
• Negotiate settlements and provide clients with informed legal guidance.
• Prepare and draft legal documents including pre-trial conference statements.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Currently admitted to a State Bar or awaiting Bar exam results.
• Exceptional legal writing and research skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple matters efficiently.
• A desire to learn, grow skillsets, and advance your career.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
