Duties

• Represent clients in litigation matters, including trials and mediations.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies.
• Draft precise legal documents such as pleadings and motions.
• Prepare for court by organizing evidence and developing strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients about legal processes and case updates.
• Collaborate with attorneys on complex cases.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
• Manage case files efficiently and maintain accurate records.
• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Strong knowledge of litigation processes and procedures.
• Experience or familiarity with workers' compensation law, personal injury law, family law, patent law, securities law, or estate planning is preferred.
• Excellent legal writing and research skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional communication skills for client interaction and courtroom representation.

Education

• Bachelor's degree with a law degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to local and state bar associations.
