Duties

• Draft, review, and close various real estate agreements, including contracts, leases, and loan documents.
• Provide legal support for complex transactions, including title and survey review.
• Facilitate and coordinate real estate and loan closings.
• Develop and maintain real estate forms and procedures.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in North and South Carolina.
• Member in good standing with the North and South Carolina Bar.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Education

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
