Duties

• Handle commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
• Manage leasing and construction contracting, including AIA contracts.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft high-quality legal documents.
• Collaborate effectively with team members on various projects.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant real estate and/or construction experience.
• Strong academic record and excellent research and writing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado.

Skills

• Proficiency in transactional real estate law.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
