Duties

• Prepare for trials, including strategy discussions and discovery.

• Draft briefs, memos, and client updates.
• Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations.

Requirements

• Active Michigan Bar License in good standing.
• Previous litigation experience required; asbestos experience preferred.
• Participation in law review or moot court is a plus.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Client-focused with a proactive approach to challenges.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Michigan.
