Duties

• Advise companies on U.S. import and export regulations, including customs valuation and tariff classification.
• Litigate supply chain and commercial disputes.
• Draft pleadings and motions, and develop case strategies.
• Manage matters independently or as part of a team.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in international trade and customs law.
• Experience with U.S. Customs and Border Protection and the U.S. Court of International Trade preferred.
• Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Admission to practice in the applicable jurisdiction required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the applicable jurisdiction.
