• Represent clients in special situations and restructuring transactions.

Requirements

• Admitted to the NY State Bar and in good standing.
• Strong academic credentials and law firm experience.
• Experience with distressed credit is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
