Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level to senior Structured Finance Associate in New York City, NY. This role offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to the growth of the Asset-Based Finance and Securitization Practice, which is crucial to the firm's Capital Solutions team.

Duties

• Collaborate with private credit and investors on complex asset-based transactions.
• Advise originators and issuers on accessing private capital through various financings.
• Engage in interdisciplinary approaches to address structuring and regulatory considerations.
• Participate in transactions involving diverse asset classes.

Requirements

• Admitted to, and in good standing with, the bar of the state of practice.
• Experience in structured finance, securitization, and asset-based finance.
• Preferred experience with ABS, CLOs, CFOs, and rated facilities.
• Prior role as a key member of deal teams with document drafting responsibilities.
• Exposure to fund finance, special situations, and private credit transactions is beneficial.
• Availability to work in person and comply with firm policies.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the relevant state.
